Loveth Besamoh

Loveth Besamoh is a producer and songwriter from Rotterdam with roots in Cameroon, where he played percussion in church and at a boarding school. His music moves between new wave and kraut-punk, and a fusion of genres, including electronica, shoegaze, afro rock, jazz, post-punk and afro psychedelica, combined with rhythms he listened to and played in church. He strives to maintain his origins in his music and easily bends genres into his own psychedelic sound.

Loveth Besamoh started as a solo project and released a handful of singles and 3 EP’s, but for his live escapades he put together a 5-piece band.

His music is incredibly dynamic, ranging from songs reminiscent of King Krule to Death Grips. The band's live performances are very energetic, as seen at a.o. Popronde, Motel Mozaique, Eendrachts Festival and North Sea Round Town.
